Return & Refund Policy — All Goods

We want you to love every product you receive from All Goods. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Certain items like personal care or handmade products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization.

How to Request a Return
1. Email us at support@allgoods.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with the return instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
• First, check your bank account.
• Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@allgoods.store.
